I work for a well established National Estate Agency group based in the heart of the City. BiG Storage based on Sealand Road came to my rescue right before Christmas. I was in the midst of a very difficult sale that needed to be completed before the holiday period and had a Vendor who needed some special help with moving. Brendan and the staff at BiG Storage listened to my plea. Within minutes of talking to Brendan on the phone I had a quote emailed to me to be able to discuss with my client. As planning timescales at the time was difficult, they were very understanding and went at my pace. As I was working on behalf of my client, Brendan made all of the paperwork as easy as possible and when it came to moving, we were given a very convenient location to help our removal men who had been working all day. We are a large first aid and Safety training company and have another division specialising in Events safety. We moved to BiG Storage just over 2 years ago. Following problems at our previous location, our main priority was to have somewhere easy accessible that have plenty of parking. We can have upward of 20 candidates on each course so parking can be an issue. Our office is right at the front of the building, we meet and greet our candidates in the reception foyer and take them through to our purpose built training rooms. If we need extra space for doing exams or even to run an extra course BiG Storage even help us out with a hot office for the day... Brilliant as we then don't have that as a fixed overhead. We have full "Medic Vehicles" which we keep in the secure yard on site and we have additional storage also on site for all of our equipment. All in all the flexibility of the office/storage mix fits perfectly with our business and we think of the staff as being there to help our business Many Thanks Dave
