BiG STORAGE COME TO THE RESCUE OF CLAIRE HOUSE CHILDRENS’ HOSPICE’S STORAGE PROBLEMS
BiG Storage has played good Samaritan by stepping in and offering Claire House Children’s Hospice free storage for the foreseeable future.
The hospice received a deluge of gifts at xmas as a result of their supporter’s generosity but didn’t have the facility to keep them on site. That’s when BiG Storage stepped in to offer a free storage unit for as long as the charity needed. The gifts will not go to waste as they will be used for vital fundraising activity.
Despite the current economic climate, BiG Storage are committed to their position as an integral part of the local community and are determined to put as much back in to it as possible.
Andrew Donaldson comments ‘We are delighted to be of help in any way we can and this year plan to organize and implement as much fundraising as we can for the local charities that we support. The BiG Storage team at Sealand Road regard their work in the local community as more vital than ever as charities face a greater challenge in order to meet their financial targets’
Abi Smith, Area Fundraiser for Claire House had this to say “We would like to thank BiG Storage for their support this year, which is our 10th birthday – without the kind generosity of Andrew Donaldson and his team we wouldn’t be able to provide the service we do to over 400 children and their families. It doesn’t matter how small or large the help is, we need all we can get to reach our £2.2m target this year which we realise will be harder to reach in the current financial climate. So once again thank you to Big Storage”
